No negative feedback, criticism, or guidance to improve, just "keep doing what your doing". Sales cycle is very slow leading to extreme swings in performance quarter to quarter. Territories are more or less suggestions, and account information (company size & locations) are wildly inaccurate, but nothing will be done about it.
