The people are hard-working and friendly and the company culture is very positive and collaborative. Avanti still has a fun and exciting start-up like atmosphere. The office is well located in Downtown Vancouver. Cool company events are regularly organized.

Working on maintaining a complex platform-as-a-service e-commerce product, while also selling it, is challenging. Work can be very fast paced at times.
