"Worst ever company i saw in my life, It is spoiling Siruseri IT Park name" - Software Developer bei Avancer Software Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

2 months before me and my team worked on one client project. That project was cancelled by client because of MD. He is not a right person to handle clients and employees. He is focusing only on money and he is not paying salary for their employees. Most of the good resources are left avancer because of this issue. Current employees having 5 months salary pending so everyone leaving avancer one by one. MD not coming to office and he is not even taking calls and not responding mails and messages from clients and employees.

Deducting money for PF and ESI without creating PF acct, PF money will not be given back to you, No salary for more than 4 months, many projects on hold, irresponsible MD, worst management, there is no project teams, no response from MD for clients and employees calls.

I had 2 yrs of experience at Avancer Software Solutions. This is my first company here only I learn many things and improve my skills. Now I am working in another company, avancer only give me a scope how to manage a project in a critical situation and I learned to expose my skills. I don't know why the people are saying negative review about avancer. In my experience it was a good company they will pay salary on time, for a fresher to learn many things and improve their skills better.

I didn't notice any cons during my job tenure here.
