Pros
Little pros, some of the employee who remain as good employees are there because they're forced too and given no options to leave e.g. 6 months notice! Some of the software created in the past has some nice features but competitors have now either got them or like for like.
Kontras
No work life balance, poor management, poor development team who are regarded as experts! Pressured sales team, selling outside of the software. Huge turnover in staff, some don't even turn up after being offered the job!
