Kontras
New CEO brought in by Private Equity owners is driving the company into the ground. Not only does he make one bad decision followed by another, he might ask 4 different people to work on those same bad things without telling each of them. He spawns up projects that there is no one to staff, can’t focus on any one thing to completion and chases any shiny object he sees. Worst of all he has ZERO understanding of the market that his company is in and it is badly impacting the company revenues. Then he goes and buys Orsyp (which is public) to make up for the lack of revenue? As if that was a good idea? Like we didn't have enough troubles putting out relevant software that customers would like to buy. Now we have to integrate one 20+ year old company with another. New CEO just solidified us firmly as an old School Workload Automation vendor. Good luck kicking that image even though we went through a massive rebranding. Get rid of him before he can burn the company to the ground. • What is the corporate vision? • What is the product strategy? • When will I have something new to sell? • What is my role in helping the company grow? These are all questions that employees keep asking yet company meeting after company meeting the the strategy changes, message changes, and terminology changes.. Make up your minds mates and use REAL data to make your decisions. Don't just try and better your positions in the power struggle going between your management teams in the various countries that this poor company is split between. Automic is now a three headed beast between the US, London and Austria with Austria having a serious upper hand and unfortunately probably the least qualified and least productive of the offices. Executive Management Team? More like MMA fighters all looking to vote the others off the island. Each has their own agenda with only a handful of them having the best intentions of the company in mind. It is a constant battle with the good folks of this company caught in the middle. I will be out of here as soon as I can and I know many have already left (that they want to keep quiet) and many are looking. The ship is sinking, all the true talent is leaving on their own and those that are fat and comfortable will go down with the ship.
