Company and team leads really take care of work-life balance. For example, they frequently suggest taking days off, and they allow working in hours I want rather than US or EU timezones like many other remote companies. Truly remote company, I would say. Colleagues are friendly and there are many internal groups to support or entertain you. 3-month sabbatical every 5 years, unlimited vacation days, 6-month parental leave are all great perks I really appreciate.
