Generous compensation for employees still in probation period. They made every effort to hire back employees if they could -Benefits were plenty and made for all round good feeling

-Manager headcount reduced in recent layoffs so not sure how the human resources are managing today -Quite a large learning curve (not necessarily a con for some people)
