reasonable compensation. Good ESPP program where they have two year minimum price lock down so if you are there long enough and the stock was super down in the past two years and now 3-4 times more then you will make good money out of ESPP (employee stock purchase program)

Location - San Rafael is soooooo far from everything. Flexibility - no flexibility, manager doesn't want you to work remotely. People - no vision, not adapting to new ideas. Unstable tools - every month/3 months they try new tools and wants to adapt to these tools. Finance is more involved in testing tools than working on numbers
