- Start-up work environment. It's a lean staff so if you don't carry your weight and excel at what you do, the work load and stresses thereof are not for you - No full-kitchen on premises - When I was there, there was a spacious fridge, drink fridge, Keurig, and Microwave, but no sink or oven or anything of that sort. - Cold office - Which office isn't cold, though? Management and Building management were actively and effectively working on regulating the temperate to something normal - At- or Slightly-below-industry pay levels. Paychecks were not necessarily competitive, but adequately compensated for with all the hard and soft benefits
