Direction The management team is constantly introducing new directions for the company. We end up changing directions every couple of months so that in the end we've just gone in circles. This is a complete waste of time and money. The company needs to FOCUS on one plan. Spend The company is blowing through money much faster than any normal “start-up”. We spend a lot on marketing each month but don't have anything to show for it. SEO has been recent push, but AutoGravity still doesn't show up on the first two or three pages when you search “auto financing” on popular search engine sites. I'm not sure that anybody on the marketing team is fully aware of how we're spending money. Leadership Our leader is clearly unfit for his position. His weekly huddles inspire less and less confidence in his leadership abilities. He claims the new direction of the company was his own idea when in reality he wants to copy what other companies are already doing. He has implemented a few cutbacks (catered meals, people being let go) under the guise of trying to cut costs, all while rolling in to the office in his S560. It's quite clear that he is here to milk the company for everything he can get. Like other reviews have said, if you're looking for a steady paycheck and can live with a hostile work environment, go ahead and apply. Otherwise run in the other direction as quickly as you can.
