The whole place is run like a bad family business. There is rampant nepotism, which wouldn't be a problem if the people hired were competent, but that's rarely the case. Only obedient people rewarded. Differing opinions are not welcomed by upper management. Unfortunately, upper management will never admit the mistakes they have made and continue to make.
