Some good guest interaction Exciting idea I thought the ceo was a decent guy actually. Say what you will

Revolving door of employees. Leadership will make your life miserably if you tick off the wrong people. The division and favoritism will drive you away. Unrealistic demands and second guessing from management who are across the country most of the time who show up when there’s a crisis.

- Pay was decent - My manager was supportive and helpful (they were way overworked, and have since left)

- Basecamp employees are afforded opportunities/benefits not given to Property employees. E.g., Property employees accrue up to 5 days of PTO their first year (that's inclusive of sick time), while Basecamp employees get Unlimited PTO right out the gate. - They expect loyalty while offering none of their own. They seem to let a few people go every year around December, regardless of job performance. - They advertise all roles with generic phrases like "competitive benefits, generous PTO" that don't reflect reality. (see above: 5 days of PTO your first year if you work on Property) - No 401(k) match - Company values are performative - CEO is coddled and out of touch
