Pros

Good pay, good hours and the company seems to be growing. There is probably some good room for growth if you work hard.

Kontras

There isn't much structure in the company, but who knows how that changes. There is no real training so you are kind of expected to just get it or not. There are some good managers to work with and others you will just want to avoid.

Pros

4 day/10 hour work week, Free lunch on Saturdays, Off on Sundays, Simple Company processes, Benefits are decent that include Dental, PTO and Long term disability, Management is approachable and positive, 1 hour lunch each day, If you work hard, they will notice it. Its not commissioned like most dealership which has very high turn over ratios.

Kontras

Pay is ok but can be better. I guess if business takes off, hopefully there will be pay increases. It would be nice to have IRAs, 401ks as well as short term disability insurance.
