Pros
Easy days. Lots of treats and meetings. Not really accountable for anything. Paid holidays, Bonus and Christmas Bonus. Don't have to really care about your job. My last day there.
Kontras
The people you have to work with. Lack of real tangible opportunities. A lot of yes people and multiple layers of management. People that have worked for the company too long. Pay is 10% less than other competitors. They hold the pension plan high and although the it would be nice, I would make a lot more throughout my lifetime with normal raises and real opportunities. Plus you have to be alive to get the pension. Don't get me wrong some people will rise to the top. One girl got promoted to a management position after she worked there for 17 years and she was a shining star. Not quite my tempo!
