Pros

I liked the people I worked with, but other than that I can't quite think of anything else positive off the top of my head.

Kontras

Turn over was terrible, wanted as many people to answer the phones as possible. No good support for tough calls. Was talked down to for asking for more support and encouragement, but wants to micromanage your time.

Everyone is so helpful, they go over and beyond making sure you are guided through the steps.
