Thank you for being a part of the ALP family especially through this pandemic. This has been a difficult time for everyone, and we were faced with many challenges due to COVID. To be able to combat some of those challenges we were forced to make some tough decisions but luckily, we were able to return to “normal” in some ways, by the end of 2020. We currently do 2 pay reviews per year for our Behavior Technicians. We encourage you to continue the conversation with either your direct supervisor or HR, as we are committed to ensuring that you feel you are being paid fairly. That is a priority for us!
