The people who work there are all so awesome and the work/life balance is decent.

Working at Authentic is great until it's not. Once you look past the facade of free snacks and a shiny office, you'll find a company that lacks proper leadership with a CEO that over steps their boundaries and often acts inappropriately. Though they tout diversity and inclusion, not a single member of upper management is a person of color or a woman, and it shows since they had to think twice before standing with the BLM movement. There is not much room for career growth within the company (promotions within seem to be few and far between) and as a result, I saw far more people leave the company than join it.
