There's a twenty word minimum on this section so I'm just typing this as filler, as after three years with AGC, I cannot think of any Pros.

• I had 4 different managers in three years. This was not because of poor hiring but because of the abysmal management of senior exec's who it seemed know nothing about what their company does. • No concept by the vast majority of managers of what the company's management system is for. • Each department is a bureaucratic mess that inhibits improvement • Departments don't talk to each other • With the exception of 2, none of the senior management team have the qualifications to be in the role. • Promotions are simply given to those who stay the longest as it has a huge attrition rate • Nepotism runs rife • Became embarrassing to meet with clients every week because of the lack of progress achieved by AGC • Needs a senior management clear out, particularly; QHSE, HR, Projects & Integrated Services • Some good people a few levels down from senior management, but orchestrated to work mediocre.
