The work environment at this company is toxic. The management's treatment of employees is appalling. They micromanage every single aspect of your work, suffocating any sense of autonomy or trust.
But the real kicker is the salaries.
Salaries are ALWAYS delayed, and they'll give you a million excuses, usually blaming it on "client payment issues". Let me tell you, that's a LIE. They have the money, they just choose not to pay on time.
The management's ethics are non-existent. They treat employees like disposable laborers, not human beings. Lying is an art form they've mastered, and they'll think nothing of gaslighting you into believing you're the problem.
Don't fall for the facade of "we're a family" or "we value our employees". This company is a toxic nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Stay away, trust me. Your sanity (and paycheck) depend on it.
