We always value hearing from former employees as it helps us reflect on areas where we can continue to improve.
Audiomob has been operating for over four years and during this time we have restructured the company to better support our growth and long term vision. While we take feedback seriously, we also believe it is important that reviews remain constructive.
We want to be transparent in acknowledging that several reviews posted in the past 2 weeks, following a recent sales departure, appear unusually similar in tone and intent. We do not believe these reviews reflect the broader range of experiences that employees have shared at Audiomob over the years.

BDMs are siloed, and line manager provides platitudes for advice.
Big deals are taken away from you
Hiring is not tactical
Working weekends is common for things that are not urgent
They often fire, average lifespan of team members is 6 months
All team members know that this is not a long-term gig
