      Good collaboration across the team. Business goals are clearly defined and effectively communicated to employees. HR and management have been very supportive, especially during the crisis in the UAE. The company is full of talented individuals, and the product development has been truly innovative.

      The company operates in a fast-paced start-up environment. Also, one area for improvement would be having more in-person gatherings to strengthen team connections and collaboration.

      Pros

      A product that is unique for game developers Monthly allowance of $60 for gym, and $50 weekly for food. Work from any WeWork in the US (Its all remote)

      Kontras

      No inbound, outbound or sales strategy. It's laughable in that if you ask for it you are asked to provide it? BDMs are siloed, and line manager provides platitudes for advice. Big deals are taken away from you Hiring is not tactical Working weekends is common for things that are not urgent They often fire, average lifespan of team members is 6 months All team members know that this is not a long-term gig
