Good people willing to roll their sleeves up and support other teams/colleagues

Leadership doesn't know if they are coming or going; literally and figuratively. With so much turnover in leadership, albeit voluntary or involuntary, the direction of the company has changed numerous times, rendering it completely impossible for the worker bees to keep up. Leadership is so focused on trivial matters, such as changing the logo, that they don't even realize what they are doing to the company as a whole, but more importantly, the people that got the company to where it is today.

They have the best product out there and it’s a relatively straightforward sale. The tempo is fast paced and they pay well.

Fast paced environment which is not for everyone.

Pros

The benefits and culture were great, and relationships with peers felt real and meaningful.

Kontras

There is a high risk for burn out in this role. Expect to wear a lot of hats and juggle many responsibilities. There were also often years that the company neglected to provide merit increases/raises regardless of performance.
