      Pros

      - Good pay - Employees are nice, polite, and are honest in what to expect while working there - 3 day weekends for listers

      Kontras

      - No benefits - Stressful environment - Low moral atmosphere (everyone seems unhappy but are too afraid to say anything) - Long hours - Dirty, dusty and somewhat unsafe warehouse - Not listed in job description: warehouse duties and building things without any direction (you have to figure it out yourself while trying to be safe) - Tough management (we get yelled at a lot - but I can't add in more details because it is against ESA regulations) - No job security - Alarmingly high turnover rate

      Pros

      Knowledgeable people, growth potential, amazing schedule, great team atmosphere. I am entering my 5th year of employment at Auctionmaxx. It has been rewarding and enjoyable, and the staff are all friendly, hardworking people. Everyone is driven to succeed and we all work very well as a team. I've learned way more than I could have imagined, and my dedication has generously been rewarded with increased opportunity and responsibility. The management are incredibly knowledgeable, and offer employees a true path to succeed and flourish in the business. I look forward to continuing to grow with the company, as it continues to thrive in our industry.
