Pros

There is absolutely a lot of change happening, whether it's new hires, acquisitions of other companies, or just new opportunities being made available. While at times it can be hectic, I have never not been able to discuss my problems with the local management team and have always gotten support where I need it.

Kontras

Like I said, lot's of growth. The job evolves a lot over time. That's a plus for me, but could be hard for some.
