However, lack of communication and entire roadmap not being revealed ahead of time makes the job both exciting and unpredictable. One week you're working on $5000 FB Ad spends in a day, next week the campaign stops and you're working on Content Marketing.

The salary is not that competitive compared with other companies. No free snacks. Apart from this it is hard to think any cons !!
