They had great tech. Much better than the competitors, but challenges with implementation.

Management couldn't quite wrap their heads around what to do with the tech. They needed a better way to reduce costs.

Attensity can offer those of us who were in large sleepily companies a dynamic environment with excellent teammates. A number of my teammates have been promoted within the last year so it seems the management rewards top performers with additional responsibility and compensation. Attensity also conducts annual reviews and my salary has increased each year since we were bought in 2009.. Not a lot of handholding by my manager which is what I prefer. Good company, great products and nice culture.

Location of Palo Alto office. Not a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Can be some long days.
