Matched me with a company, I ended up staying there for several years.

Was not always easy to get in touch with my contact. Once I had a temporary placement with the company, even though it was not steady at first I was never sent to another company.

Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
