Where do I begin? Micromanagement from executives & managers, a sorority/frat culture, little to no diversity, extremely high turnover, terrible compensation and commission structure, mediocre benefits, a culture that discourages breaks and encourages unpaid OT, a "shark-like" environment and teams that pit coworkers against each other, and a general lack of transparency.
