7.Proj*** Manage*** division that is greatly powerless and controlled by Ho*** Ko*** and Sing***. Selection of Proj*** Manage*** Team Lead also based on favourisme and no scoring system to support. Unfair project assignments and workplace bullies happened. Sarcastic comment / remark and humorously criticize are common in this division. Zero one-to-one meeting and Head Of D*** / Managers doesn’t well aware your existence. Abuse of work times are being seen, one can come into the office at 10:00 AM MYT with no disciplinary actions (official working hours 9-6). One can asked mana*** so that he/she do not need to work on weekend. One can asked mana*** so that he/she can go off work everyday at 5:30 PM MYT (official working hours 9-6). 8.Employment (hiring) were based on favourisme factors. Good candidate were rejected due to it soft spoken and other attributes. No skills in interviewing candidate and evaluate candidate. Under estimating of candidate ability.
