      1.Good work atmosphere 2. Quality work without being under pressure. 3. Better Telecom billing projects like DU telecom and Vodafone BSCS 6.0 ( now migrated).

      1. Very slow and time consuming TS and OD applications. 2. HR department does not pay heed to your mails.Have to meet personally to get things done. 3. Low salary hikes.
