It's good to work as a startup,but if experience increases,you will not feel your career growth much good as compare to other standard company.

I went for a schedule walk in,it was 1 technical round which I cleared,then again one more technical with managerial round whose experience was very bad,very bad attitude of management people,they want resource in very less cost,they are not ready to give salary as per market standard also.
