High turnover rate gives you a quick chance to be a leader which is a great way to build a green resume. Great place to get started when you have no experience. The benefits are fantastic once you become a full time employee. A lot of Paid time off.
Kontras
Good talent is watched walk out the door to competitors over and over again. SLA's are very tight and can barely be made with the staff allowed on the account. Staff quits or is terminated and they are not back filled leaving the team with more work and less people. Alot of workers are left in a temp agency as "long term temps" where benefits and pay are lacking.
