Competence Lines enable employees to meet frequently with peers from a specific discipline. Contracts with clients are usually close to home. Contact with 'the office' happens through ESN, meetings and regular management visits. Training is accessible through a self-learning portal and internally organized courses. Employee Ownership is possible by investing in the Employee Stock plan (no-lose, hedged formula).

Management sometimes works with short-term goals. In parts of the company, there are complaining employees. You'll have to have the ambition and will to work with and look past that.
