Needy colleagues that expect that you'll have their work done. Changing this Is up to the Company, you cannot Just let things pass when you have plenty of documentation to consult (Dashboards, ticketing systems, SP). Poor management skills, comunicating issues was useless, no actions were taken to change current situations until It became an outage. Moreover, employees opinions above changes that would interfeer with one person's lifestyle weren't valued at all. WFH has been reverted at the end of pandemic restrictions with no dialogo with employees. They had them commute to their workplace living up to 80 miles far, saying that they want to reduce CO2 and pollution. Nice try. Not a comfortable workplace to work at.
