Large company with confusing/shifting internal tools and processes - Senior Healthcare Analyst bei Atos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Can be lost as just a "cog in the wheel" and hard to work around rigidity of some bureaucracy. Internal tools and processes are confusing and not intuitive and frequently change with little to now notice (my XP at least). Work/life balance can not be favorably at times as the mentality is "whatever it takes/whatever the client wants" which can include shouldering the burden of incompetent team members.
