The inability to communicate from the mgmt level. - Information Technology bei Atos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

no communication from upper mgmt. none competitive pay.....example: left company to accept a similar position in the IT area for 12000 a year more....sad as I did not want to leave and was told there wasn't any funds for raises or given the excuse to wait for the next evaluation....went through 3 and still NO raises. Disorganized..... No sort of job duty matrix.... inability to hire qualified individuals and settle for less.....cares more about cost saving than improving work environment or moral. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPAY!
