      Pros

      Atom Computing combines the best parts of the academic and industrial world. It's very well organized and onboarding is efficient. The CEO knows what he's doing and is very integrated with the day-to-day of the company. At the same time, it's not bogged down in bureaucracy -- there's a ton of freedom to explore new ideas and work on exciting projects! Also the benefits (like catered team lunches) and insurance are amazing!

      Everything, work-life balance, people, culture, atmosphere, everything about Atom Computing is amazing. The onboarding was incredibly smooth and the training to get you started and on your feet was perfect.
