Bad management/ decent work - Crew Lead bei Atlas Structural Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This has to be one of the worst managed companies I've worked for, pay does not go with experience here, boss has his days one day he can be the nicest person then the other day he can be the most arrogant there is, one of the manager can barely read and has no idea what he is doing and the other one has no experience whatsoever in the feild. Work is really repetitive
