Very bad manageral hierachy. Managers do not lead as leaders, but rather as puppets. Company does not have any Procedure or any protocols documented properly. Process and Policies change as required by each team. Internal teams do not work in Tandem. Information/updates are not cascaded properly. Client/Customer & Vendor management is not affective.
