Pros

The company is in a growth phase and is full of potential. The executive team is thoughtful and works hard to consider all consequences (positive and negative) of their decisions. There is a focus on making sure the right people are "on the bus" and "in the right seat on the bus". Management and HR work hard to listen to employees regarding workplace conditions, whether the company is delivering on our stated guiding principles, what motivates them, and their career goals. That feedback is considered in a "no fault", improvement focused environment and changes are implemented. As a result, this company has grown from a place where a small number of people worked as if they were conquering the world into a more mature, balanced environment which is inviting to those who are highly skilled and intrinsically motivated to be the best because they would not consider being anything less.

Sometimes it takes too long to get the wrong people "off the bus". The vast majority of the company are A-players who are committed to making a best-in-class product. In an effort to try to find a fit for an employee, sometimes people with poor attitudes are allowed to stay longer than they should. Although, I think that is improving with time and experience.

I really appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We respect and value the opinions of all current and former employees and, just as we encourage our employees to learn from their experience, our leadership team diligently seeks to improve based on the feedback we receive. Indeed, negativity can suck the energy out of an otherwise high-performing team, which can be very frustrating. Thank you for the reminder.
