Pros
The only pros really are the pay which is $17 starting and health insurance.
Kontras
There are so many cons as far as poor management, forced over time, and the supervisors just really not caring as long as their numbers are meant. The department I work in has no air conditioning so on a hot day everyone is dying from the humidity and no air flow. They only turn it on when corporate or other higher ups come around. If the shift after you has a few call outs they make you stay how ever long they want to make up for the work they would've done. You go in a 4, start at 4:30, and like i said get off when ever they let you. People think money and overtime is great but its not great when you've been working as hard as you can in the heat and then get forced to stay. Last con is there no room for opportunity or progression. You will get taught how to drive and operate a reach lift but thats it. You won't top out at the pay the others before you managed to get. The top pay is $24 for new comers, before that it was over $30.
