Excellent executive team with vast amounts of knowledge and experience formed through significant change over the past 12 months. Great team within the UK and EMEA regions built from personal networks.

Numerous senior management changes at HQ in the past 12 months was unsettling to strategy and execution and led to some level of frustration, predominately within the US teams. EMEA team has been pretty isolated from these changes but it has impacted confidence and progress in some areas. We started to see the positive impact of these changes at the end of Q1 and into Q2.
