Pros
The students were mostly pleasant and wanted to learn. The other teachers were good coworkers.
Kontras
This school is run fully for profit, it can barely be called a school. Teachers are moved between levels too quickly to get to know their student's strengths/weaknesses. If a student asks to be moved up to a higher level class, they are often allowed to, even if they're not actually that level of English, leading to a huge imbalance in class ability.
Management will sign you on a temporary contract with only 15hrs of teaching guaranteed. Your hours may be cut without warning, which often happened, so you'd make very little money in the week.
Managers promoted underqualified people who had very little experience/education to managerial roles. People were let go with absolutely no warning. The low pay wasn't worth having to make your own lessons from scratch. High staff turnover, Management don't seem to care about the teachers at all.
