The salary and pension are good.
Kontras
No training or time to do training. Toxic culture, encouraged to micromanage. Have to promote atkins in PDR. PDR is about them not you. Matrix management means managers don't need to be responsible for team or their training, so they don't help. People who survive all have same aggressive, step on others personality. They will do inclusivity talks but they want everyone to be the same.
