They advertise a higher salary for tutor (22,5 or 30), this is only per teaching hour. But not work hour. So you have to make a presentation for 3 hours (like 100 slides) and prepare the exercises and everything, but then they only pay you for those 3 hours.
As a writer they only pay you 1 euro per page to updated and 1,5 euro per page to write from scratch. This is very little, and you also have to consider the time reading the materials, then you write and then you edit
A lot of work for a small BRUT salary. Also you don't get a lot of projects so you can get like 3-9 hours of tutoting every block (6-10 weeks) and for summaries you can get like 80-100 pages in the same time frame. So basically you can't even get DUO
