The owners understood what their customers needed and constantly improved their services to grow their customer base. The cooperation among departmentsworked greatin terms of sharing needed infdrmation required for sound decision making.

Compnay was purchased by new management in 2013. Not sure how well the new management understood the customer base as they were makling dramatic changes to the infrastructure. I have not been invoilved since leaving the company.
