First of all they lie to you. In the interview they told me I won't always be on the register, but I was always on the register because of Perks sign ups, but if I go to low then they cut my hours.
That is another thing, our hours were based on how many loyalty sign ups we got. The perks program has no benefits save for a one time use coupon , but we still had to get people to sign up and or get them to sign up for a credit card.
If you do apply and get an interview make sure it is not front end. If they do put you on front end...run.
