Poor management style. Zoom meetings seemed like they were every week about nothing. When something needs to be communicated it’s not. There was one manager who was very condescending, and a micromanager. Major favoritism in my role. The workload was overwhelming. The benefits were terrible even though they made it sound wonderful. Customers were angry about all the delays that weren’t communicated.
