Pros
Some colleagues are really nice people, I enjoyed working with them and getting to know them.
Kontras
No vision
No structure
No clear strategy. It changes overnight :)
God, what a hostile environment.
They fire people after 2/ 3/ 4/ 5 months of hiring them including managers. During the interview process they will sell you dream. You will notice that the interview process is the one of a multinational, but with 0 advantages to a multinational company.
They will lure you with the potential of their activity, the great vision they dream of which is impossible to happen.
They are high on transactional relationships, your value is defined by what revenue you bring, which defines how you will be treated within the company. Reflect on this.
I have never seen a sales director not being involved in closing deals, connecting with potential leads, leading by example, he only manages operations and put pressure and stress on his team. Great at theory but didn't prospect the market to understand its reality and how disconnected he is from it. Great at belittling people and diminishing their skills. Worse manager I had, thanks to him I understood the value of my previous managers and how great professionals and people they were, truly.
They work 24h, emails are being sent at any time, people start their day at 9AM or even earlier and finish until 10PM or later in night, this is normal within this company and is implicitely expected from you. When you will report it to the Head of people, she will tell you, these are only hectic periods of the year but believe me it is not, it is their normal work life, expect it to be hectic the whole year.
Everyone is so busy that you don't get the opportunity to talk to anyone.
They expect you to use your personal phone for professional purposes.
They expect you to go beyond and above for their company like it's your own.
If you care a little bit about your well being and career progression, please don't join this company.
