Pros

Pros will only be there if you are a pretty looking girl and such girls allow the centralized authority to get into their personal space and fraternize with the centralized authority and Yes, there are few good projects but the cons mentioned below will take a toll on the employees and they will feel frustrated to the core

There could be a long list about the cons but I would mention few important ones: I would like to start with the unfavourable policies which are made to trouble the employees, for example, If an employee resigns then it is mandatory for him/her to serve the notice period, but, the organization can ask you to leave without giving you any notice period. Girls should not join this organization until and unless you can handle the inappropriate behavior and actions of the centralized authority. The Management will ask for your suggestions and will portray as if you are free to do whatever you wish to but that will only happen if the Management also agrees to it otherwise no matter what you say, it will not be heard. The centralized authority is harsh and partial so adjusting will not be easy Decisions are taken overnight without consulting anyone and Managers and other employees are forced to follow them causing further restlessness.

Managers who seem to carry unresolved issues and create a stressful environment Presence of pseudo-feminist attitudes and people dealing with personal trauma affecting work culture They would do anything to make your life miserable Random sexist and racist comments are common in conversations No professional behaviour or proper feedback system Your creativity and ideas get shut down, especially if they challenge incompetency Constant hiring every 2–3 months, indicating poor retention Lack of empathy or understanding, even when working with vulnerable groups like migrant workers Overall toxic and mentally draining work environment Feels unsafe and untrustworthy at times

Pros

You get paid to pay your basic necessities

Kontras

Management is horrible. They do not have skills in domains they are in charge of, everything comes down to junior employees, while they get paid a lakh and everyone else in peanuts
